From Thursday evening (April 30th) to Sunday noon (May 3rd), enjoy four unforgettable days of friendship, celebration, and relaxation in a paradise setting by the Indian Ocean.
This all-inclusive package lets you experience the AGM AMI 2026 with total peace of mind — everything is organized for you.

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• All official events:
  Welcome Party (April 30th), Nation Night (May 1st), and Gala (May 2nd)

• Accommodation for 3 nights: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

• Full board (all meals included)

• Transfers and transportation:

  • Airport ↔ Hotels

  • Toliara ↔ Anakao (boat transfer included)

  • Excursion to the paradise island of Nosy Ve (May 2nd morning)

  • Airport welcome and assistance upon arrival and until departure

NOT INCLUDED:

• Antananarivo – Toliara – Antananarivo flights
  Recommended flights: Wednesday, April 29th (outbound) and Monday, May 4th (return)
  International participants must not book their international flights on the same day as their Tana–Toliara or Toliara–Tana flights to avoid any connection risks.

• Drinks, except those offered during official evenings

• Accommodation and activities in Antananarivo before April 30th or after May 3rd (arrangements can be made upon request)

For international tablers, arrival is recommended no later than Wednesday, April 29th, and departure from Monday, May 4th onward.
Activities and visits with Malagasy tablers will be organized in Antananarivo starting Monday, April 27th for those arriving earlier — including visits to the Queen’s Palace, the Lemur Park, and other cultural highlights (not included in the package).
No official activities are planned after Monday, May 4th.

Participants traveling with their spouses or families, or with special requirements / allergies, are kindly asked to contact the convenor for personalized arrangements.
